The Convention:
Since 1958, the RRCA Convention has promoted fun, idea sharing, best practice discussions, the development of quality road races that anyone can run, and much more. We invite everyone in the running community to join us May 1 through 4, 2008 to celebrate 50 years of the Road Runners Club of America.

About the RRCA:
Founded in 1958, the RRCA is the national association of running clubs, running events, and runners. The mission of the RRCA is to promote long distance grassroots running as a competitive sport and healthful exercise. The RRCA achieves their mission by promoting the common interests of its members by providing educational opportunities, programs, and services. The organization’s membership consists of over 850 running clubs and events which comprise over 180,000 members in the US.
About the Flying Pig Marathon:
The 10th annual Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon weekend will be Friday, May 2-Sunday, May 4, 2008, featuring the full marathon, Half Marathon presented by National City and Ernst & Young 4-Person Relay, Toyota 10K, 5K and the Piglet presented by First Watch, The Enquirer and Children’s Hospital. Other events include the National City Expo and Expotique and Duke Energy Pasta “Pig Out” Dinner. Presenting sponsors are Duke Energy, National City, CoActive Marketing Group, Ernst and Young and Paycor.
